When it came time for the install, Scott was back out to my home with his great installer named Marc. Marc was very personable, and he did a wonderful job installing the cabinets/shelves, even when I made one last-minute adjustment to the hang bars to give myself just a little extra length to accommodate some funky hangers I didn’t take into account in the original design. The pull-out drawers under the bathroom sink and over the hamper offer us so much more room. The cabinets are well made and complement the existing interior cabinet wood. All work well and are easy to remove for cleaning. Soft European close on both drawers. They also installed pull-out spice cabinets in the kitchen. My wife loves the organization. A small addition made a dramatic change in the kitchen. Installation was efficient and professional. Would highly recommend them."

    "We had an amazing experience with Kitchen Wise & Closet Wise from start to finish! Setting up our initial free estimate was very easy and we received text and email reminders that were very detailed and informative. Surprisingly and of special importance to us, this included a short business bio and a professional and personal bio about the technician coming over along with a picture as well. It was such a nice extra mile touch to make us feel comfortable about having a stranger in our home and was so appreciated. When Christian arrived, we chatted some and he was in no rush to get started or make a sale or pressure me in any way. He asked me thorough questions about what I was trying to achieve, the price range I wanted in materials, measured and worked on the design, talked me through it, made helpful suggestions, but never asserted an ounce of pressure. He was trying to design what we wanted, whatever that was, to make us happy, and we are! We're in a Gardenia model so have those tiny closets, and while we knew it would be better, we were truly blown away by all the space we now have! I had all of my sweaters, jackets, coats, motorcycle leather, 5 pairs of shoes, and other items we wanted in our closet either hanging on the back of the bedroom door, in a foyer cabinet, in a guest bedroom, and in our garage. But NOW it is ALL in our closets! AND now those other rooms have the items I wanted in them there because there's room where all of my clothes used to be. It even allowed me to bring some things out of the attic I used to have to go back and forth to get! The follow-up was just as wonderful as the initial contact too. We've been checked on several times to make sure we're happy and satisfied. Scott & April and their team TRULY care about getting their customers exactly what they want. Everyone was very kind, professional, helpful, and enjoyable to do business with."

Scott was helpful in the planning stage and was so flexible and accommodating throughout the project. Marc did a great job installing. It all went off without a glitch from beginning to end, and we are thrilled with the end result! UPDATE: We had Scott and Marc add roll-out drawers to our kitchen cabinets and pantry. They are much sturdier than what came with the cabinets and will hold more. They are also super easy to adjust and move around, if desired. I've effectively increased the storage space in my kitchen with this simple addition. As before, the service was superb. It was great to work with them again."

    "We met Scott in The Villages at one of the market nights in the town square. Among other things, he had pull-out drawers that were adjustable in height and could be used in either our pantry or our base cabinets. Our pantry originally had wire shelves, which flexed mightily every time we added or removed something heavy. Plus, it was hard to see what was toward the back. Our base cabinets had pull-out drawers at the bottom, with a small fixed shelf on the top. That shelf was almost useless. We replaced all of our pantry shelves with pull-outs and all the small fixed shelves in the base cabinets with pull-outs as well. All have soft close and we couldn't be happier with the results. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the additional storage and convenience. Our installer, Marc, did a great job. Not only was he very neat and precise, but he explained how everything worked. We highly recommend Kitchen Wise."
